Working on the growth and maintenance of a logistics SaaS platform, focused on performance, scalability, and feature development. • Architected a multi-tenant role/permission system using Laravel Spatie, allowing a single user login to manage multiple shippers without repeated logins — significantly improving UX and reducing client churn. • Eliminated N+1 query patterns, standardized Eloquent usage, and implemented database indexing strategies, resulting in measurable performance gains across reports and core workflows. • Evolved rapidly from resolving hotfixes and bugfixes to owning and delivering larger, complex features — with consistent growth in scope and impact of contributions over time. • Responsible for code review and PR approval for the development team — no code is merged without my sign-off, ensuring quality and consistency across the codebase. • Support the customer success team by diagnosing and resolving issues across web and mobile systems.

Hired to build an e-commerce, I proposed and led an internal software house, assembling a cross-functional team (developer, designer, content manager). Promoted within the second week. E-Commerce: • Built with Laravel, Tailwind CSS, and Next.js, integrating 140+ stores in real time across 4 databases: PostgreSQL, Firebird, SQL Server, MySQL. • Grew revenue from R$3K/month to R$450K–500K/month (150x growth). First Black Friday: R$120K in a single day. • Negotiated supplier partnerships generating R$30K/month in platform revenue — making the e-commerce fully self-sustaining. Digital Maxi — Internal Platform: • Automated art generation: staff scan a barcode and receive a ready-to-use promotional image with store-specific pricing — no designer needed. • Reduced pricing update time from 3 days to half a shift. • Inventory system: directors view and reallocate stock across 150 stores. • Ticket system with macros reduced daily support tickets from ~15 to 1–2/day. • Integrated iFood for all stores via cron jobs — fully automated, no manual work. • Competitor price monitoring via web scraping. Logistics Audit: • Identified mileage discrepancies in a 3rd-party delivery company → R$100K+ reimbursement.

Co-founded an e-Sports themed pub concept, managing both the business and technology sides of the project. Built the backend API in Laravel and coordinated external React Native development for the mobile app. Grew a network of 100+ streaming partners before the project was paused due to COVID-19 restrictions.
