Leading Digital 2.0, a multi-store platform for catalog management, internal communication, and promotional design with store-specific product and price data. Designed the next e-commerce experience, approved for the next product phase.

Built the platform as a modular Laravel and Vue application, with asynchronous processing, real-time updates, multi-tenant access, ERP synchronization, a visual design studio, and automated JPG/PDF/ZIP generation.

Evolved a logistics SaaS with emphasis on architecture, performance, and operational quality. Redesigned multi-tenant access from one shipper per session to a single login with multiple clients, subclients, and shippers, backed by consistent roles and permissions.

Eliminated N+1 query patterns, improved reporting queries and indexes, reviewed pull requests, and supported web and mobile incidents. Built a Playwright-based QA agent that produces reproducible test flows, screenshots, and videos for sprint validation.

Led the architecture and growth of the e-commerce operation, connecting more than 140 stores through scheduled synchronization across PostgreSQL, Firebird, SQL Server, and MySQL. The operation grew from roughly R$3 thousand to R$450–500 thousand per month; its first Black Friday reached R$120 thousand in one day.

Created Digital Maxxi, an internal multi-store platform for promotional artwork, pricing, inventory visibility, support, and integrations. Automation cut price-label preparation from about three days to one shift and reduced daily support tickets from around 15 to 1–2. The artwork solution was also adopted by three other pharmacy businesses.

Joined the pet-insurance engineering team, participated in daily ceremonies, and delivered two Laravel backend tasks. The engagement was brief because the required on-site commute was not viable.

Co-founded an esports-themed restaurant and pub. Developed the website, internal API, iFood integration, and a mobile app with Laravel 6 on the backend and React Native on the frontend alongside two developers.

The app was released, but the in-person business closed during the pandemic.

Co-founded and led a digital agency serving clients in retail, healthcare, real estate, sports, and services. Managed delivery, client relationships, and a multidisciplinary team of designers, journalists, content creators, and developers.

Delivered e-commerce platforms, CRMs, CMSs, landing pages, scheduling and administrative systems, including a management platform for CRP-RS. Introduced Git and Laravel, migrated legacy CodeIgniter applications, and built internal tools that brought reliance on freelance development close to zero.

Developed websites, CMS applications, e-commerce projects, and XML/Ajax integrations using CodeIgniter and CakePHP. After about four months, co-led the project-development team.

Standardized reusable form components, delivery practices, and a development manual that improved onboarding. These process improvements reduced typical delivery time from six or seven days to approximately two.

Worked on eproc for Brazil’s Federal Regional Court of the 4th Region. Helped reduce exposure of sensitive data in URL query strings, implemented session-based controls for restricted proceedings, and improved the proprietary PHP framework’s performance and security.

Developed municipal tax and public-service systems, including electronic invoices, IPTU, ITBI, ISSQN, digital payslips, integrations, and Joomla portals.

Also built internal tools for employee time tracking and task timing, improving operational visibility for the development team.

Built an internal CRM for Vila Real Real Estate, with customer, property, and reporting modules. Developed automotive dealership websites with administrative CRUD tools, quotation flows, and financing calculators.

Contributed to improvements and integrations for an internal electronic service-invoice system used by municipal governments. Built early experience with public-administration software, tax rules, and business-critical systems.
