Developed all stages of Maxxi Econômica Farmácias' e-commerce platform, integrating the internal system with 140 stores and implementing online stock consultation. Structured the development to provide the best customer experience while ensuring quick distribution to points of sale (PDVs). Integrated multiple databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Firebird, and SQLServer) for queries, scripts, integrations, and replications without disrupting existing systems. Achieved an 800% increase in e-commerce sales.
Promoted to Digital Marketing Manager during the e-commerce project, leading a team responsible for adapting, creating, and repositioning the brand on social media.
Created a digital platform that automated various internal tools, optimizing time and improving sales for each store. Turned the tool into a reusable product for any company with multiple branches, enabling automated marketing art creation and product pricing in a single shift, reducing time from 3 days to just a few hours. Implemented campaign tables with separated products, helping stores focus on the most strategic items.
